Are you a University of Hawaii student studying intermediate Japanese conversation? Ready to supercharge your Japanese language skills while earning money? Our Japanese tour company in Hawaii is hiring enthusiastic, part-time tour guides to lead unforgettable experiences for Japanese-speaking visitors!

Requirements

• Current or past undergrad, grad, or MBA students who are conversationally fluent in the Japanese language
• Legally allowed to work in the US
• With Driver’s License and Clean Abstract
• Passion for Hawaii’s culture and sharing it with others

​What You'll Do

• Lead engaging tours for Japanese-speaking guests, sharing Hawaii’s history, culture, and aloha spirit.
• Drive a 14-passenger van (no special license required).
• Create memorable experiences with your vibrant personality and storytelling.

Flexible Part-Time Hours: Perfect for Students

20 to 25 hours a week

• Nightly tours: 6:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
• Full-day tours: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. 
• Half-day tours: 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Compensation

• Starts at $20/hour plus generous tips
